Aura Villagrana has more than 20 years of experience supporting organizations to achieve their strategic objectives through the execution of projects; in recent years She develop new skills as an agile coach, agile trainer and SAFe program consultant to guide organizations on their journey to become an agile organization. She has the experience in several industries such as banking, manufacturing and human resources services, coaching top management, product owner and scrum masters on the capabilities, process and tools required to adopt their roles. Also Aura Villagrana teaches in Universities in topics related to agile and project management such as Universidad Panamericana, Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM)
