He has worked in multiple disciplines that include: banking, insurance, financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare and energy. He has successfully enabled organizations and teams to deliver value to customers and stakeholders, using lean thinking and agile practices that include SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban. Ram has over 25 years of experience in fields ranging from programming to product development and enterprise agility. He helps teams establishing a healthy dialog around developing products by continuously improving their methods, technical mastery and the adoption of a sound economic framework.
